Noise disturbances from the neighborhood can be quite disruptive!!! Unpleasant cooking smells in the hallways are rather off-putting!!! The building has a run-down appearance that definitely needs attention!!!

Clean, great value hotel, the location was good and stunning close enough to Cite de la Musique and the Philharmonie as well as the public transport. Good service, even though a few employees were kind of rude. The property met required needs, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

As for me, the area was unwelcoming.

The spacious studio included a kitchenette, made preparing meals convenient, alongside a comfortable bed, essential toiletries, and proximity to a metro station. The lack of daily cleaning service suited my preference for privacy and cleanliness. Noise from the surrounding area was noticeable, and some cooking odors wafted through the hallways, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Had a cozy and clean studio with a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for whipping up meals! The metro was just a short walk away, making exploring super easy. Only downside was a strong cleaning product smell in the corridors, but overall a lovely stay I’d gladly repeat!
